Kristina Quynn has worked with CWNWL Chair Lia Franklin to develop the AMI cohort curriculum rooted in shared leadership and equity practices. She has led workshops at her home institution, Colorado State University-Fort Collins, on Models of Leadership and Modes of Shared Leadership. She values the wholehearted contributions of all in higher education.

Trained as a literary scholar, Dr. Quynn's own research and publications have focused on contemporary experimental literature and performative criticism. Her current research and publications focus on academic writing productivity and sustainable writing practices for researchers.
