On September 9th, Dr. Lia Franklin (Colorado School of Mines) and Dr. Janell Oberlander (Gillette Community College) presented a virtual Lunch & Learn session entitled “Knowing When It’s Time to Leave an Organization.” Some of the topics covered included why this matters; reasons people stay too long; signs it’s time to leave; a framework for decision making; and what leaving opens up.
