Academic Management Institute: Leadership Development Network in Higher Education in Colorado & Wyoming
A regional off-shoot of the American Council on Education, Academic Management Institute (AMI) brings together professionals in higher education from across Colorado and Wyoming to develop future leaders and foster excellence in the region's colleges and universities. AMI is the flagship program of the CWNWL.
Mission: Academic Management Institute promotes the advancement of all to become excellent, diverse leaders who impact higher education through professional development, training and networking.
Vision: To train diverse leaders and impact excellence in the region’s colleges and universities.

AMI is the annual leadership development program of CWNWL. It consists of 4 conference sessions held in October, November, January and March. Participants are nominated and sponsored by their college or university.
