Academic Management Institute 2025-26

Session Schedule for 2025-26
The Academic Management Institute is a series of four in-person full/multi-day seminar sessions based loosely on the academic year (October to March). The AMI is tailored to advancing women’s leadership in higher education and a willingness to commit to advancing women’s leadership, regardless of participants’ gender identity.
AMI 2025-26 is comprised of five in-person sessions across seven days, featuring presentations and workshops delivered by higher education leaders and subject experts from Colorado and Wyoming. Seminars include small groups and breakouts for in-depth discussions as well as unparalleled networking opportunities. Topics for this year’s seminars include leading in ever-changing higher education, developing your leadership strengths, influencing campus culture, and the future of higher education. Each participant will apply their knowledge by completing a passion project at their home institution.
The fee of $1600 per person covers four seminar sessions as well as admission to the 2026 AMI Reunion, to be held in April 2026. The fee includes overnight accommodation at two host venues in October and March.
