The Summit is designed for mid-to-upper-level Colorado and Wyoming women leaders in higher education and focuses on building advanced skills in institutional change management, conflict resolution, and influence within a collaborative organizational culture. Participants will work within a team to practice these skills by dissecting a mock scenario and presenting recommended actions to a chancellor or board of directors. This experience strives to ensure relevancy and applicability in all learning activities.

Building on decades of passionate commitment to developing strong, visionary leaders across our region’s academic landscape, AMI2 — The Summit will introduce a dynamic new avenue for growth. The Summit dives into the challenges and the rewards of leading at higher levels within colleges and universities, empowering participants to elevate their impact and step confidently into advanced leadership roles. The Summit is designed for leaders looking for what’s next in their leadership development.
