Video: No Is a Leadership Act

On February 25th, Dr. Kathryn Skulley (Community College of Aurora) presented a virtual Lunch & Learn session entitled, “No Is a Leadership Act.” Some of the topics covered included: strategic priority setting; avoiding decision fatigue; empowering teams; and modeling disciplined culture. Two breakout sessions (handouts below) included a priority mapping exercise and roleplaying refusal statements.
